What was the event about?

We envisioned our Advent gathering as an opportunity to pause. We came together to peacefully enjoy the pre-Christmas season and recharge with a solid dose of inspiration before the year’s end.

• CX Strategy at Scale: Petr Petrýdes from Škoda Auto gave us a peek behind the curtain of the largest Czech company. He openly shared what implementing a CX program looks like in practice and the challenges involved in transforming a traditional brand to be more customer-centric.

• Mutual Inspiration: We discussed your achievements over the past year. We shared both big wins and small steps forward—often the best fuel for future work.

• Great Company: The entire evening flowed in a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food, bubbles, and, most importantly, space to chat with like-minded people.
